 Day 2 of Our Erasmus+ Mobility: ‘From Waste to Wardrobe’ ️

The second day of our Erasmus+ project mobility was filled with adventure, creativity, and sustainability! Our partners embarked on an exciting Textile Hunt ️ in the beautiful commune of Baia de Criș. Divided into teams and guided by maps, they searched for hidden “treasures”  at various local landmarks. The hunt concluded with a visit to the Avram Iancu Museum ️, where participants explored the rich history of the region.

The adventure continued with an Indoor Treasure Hunt , where participants discovered hidden envelopes  and matched them to the three key principles: ️ Reuse,  Recycle, and  Reduce. This was followed by an engaging presentation ️ on sustainable fashion and environmental awareness.

 The highlight of the day was a creative workshop, where teams opened the seven boxes  found during the outdoor hunt. Inside, they discovered clothing items , which they transformed into new fashion pieces, giving waste a second life through upcycling! ️

To end this inspiring day, we visited the Ethnographic Museum in Brad , gaining further insight into traditional crafts and cultural heritage.

This experience not only strengthened our commitment to sustainability  but also fostered teamwork, innovation, and appreciation for history and craftsmanship.
